The HiPO Wheel™
Our primary product is a powerful survey tool that measures a company’s integration of the 12 Essential Elements of a High-Performing Organization – a HiPO. The 12 elements are contained within 4 quadrants: People, Process, Execution and Clarity.
Our survey tool – Q36 - is based on the accumulated research of social scientist pioneers in the study of high-performing organizations. Social scientists like Dr. Mark Huselid, Dr. David Ulrich, Dr. Arup Varma, Dr. Robert Cooke, Dr. Kim Cameron, Andre De Waal, and others, to name just a few, have studied and identified common elements found in high performing teams and organizations.
Jim Collins’ book, Good to Great identified some high-performing public corporations with similar characteristics. Previously, Peter Drucker’s 1983 book, In Search of Excellence identified other high-performing organizations that shared many similarities.
Our data graph – The HiPO Wheel™ – was developed based on the competing values framework (CVF) theories of Carl Jung. It incorporates the 12 Essential Elements found in high-performing organizations into 4 quadrants.
Our unique approach to organizational measurement is based on the interpretation of data gathered from the entire organization, and measured from 3 perspectives.
The three perspective profile provides a unique and powerful three dimensional metric. The three dimensional metric is key to understanding organizational disconnects. Organizational disconnects are the basis for organizational confusion, dysfunction, conflict, redundancies, mistrust, overall poor performance and disengaged employees.
Our survey and data graphs give companies the simplest and easiest way to see and understand the core issues that are in the way of becoming a high-performing organization.
